Refund policy

We care deeply about the quality of our products and your experience with them. Since our balm is handcrafted in small batches and made from just one pure ingredient, we’re unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used. We don’t not offer refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Scent or texture preference
• Orders delivered correctly and in good condition

If something seems off with your order, we’re happy to take a closer look. Please email us at hidetallowco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product with a description of the issue and clear photos. We’ll assess the situation and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

Our balm is made from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished tallow. It has a naturally earthy scent and may vary slightly in color or texture — that’s part of what makes it real. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
